2006 TL leaking antifreeze after every drive

My 2006 TL with ~182k miles is leaking antifreeze fluid.

The leak comes from the hose shown in the image attached below. The hose is located under the passenger side of the car frame. The car drives extremely well, but every time the engine warms up for 10 mins and I go for a drive, the car will leak about 3oz of antifreeze.

Additionally, with a cold engine, the antifreeze fluid indicator is at max, and when the engine is warm the indicator is overflowing about a half inch over max.

I replaced the radiator cap and heater valve.

Anyone know where the leak is from and how I can fix it?

Thanks,

qpx

Opening and hose where the antifreeze leaks in the cars frame under the passenger side.

Antifreeze after a 20min drive. Before drive reservoir was at the max line.

that almost looks like an ac drain line. Are you sure it's antifreeze?

By description, I agree, that sounds like the A/C drain line....if you are sure that is anti-freeze, then you most likely have a failed heater core. Make sure you are seeing anti-freeze there and not just water.
