i have a 2008 KBP Type S, I bought the car about two months ago. I am the 3rd owner. The car has complete service records done at acura dealerships. About a month after owning the car passanger side high beam and low beam stopped working. The parking light and DRL still work fine. It's not the D2S bulb because i replaced it and it still doesn't work. I'm assuming it's either the ignitor or the ballast. I just don't want to buy both and it only be one issue. Please help me, I'm tired of driving around at night with DRLs on

swap passengers ballast over to drives side.
if problem follows ballast, bad ballast.

So you think it's the ballast and not the ignitor?

the advice is the SAME.
Swap parts from RIGHT side to LEFT side to test/troubleshoot.

if problem follows parts, you know you have bad parts.

You can either swap left to right or just buy additional of both and see which one is it and then sell off the second one

I have noticed that the 2008 Acura TL driver side DRL is in low beam position. Is there any way we can turn the bulb housing to make the bulb vertical?

I’m not sure what you are saying, can you elaborate and perhaps take a picture?
