2006 acura tl battery problem NEED HELP!!!!

It is the 1st time i bought this car to Buffalo, NY and when the weather gets cold all of a sudden, my car won't start. it has happen 3 times already, i recently just got a new battery. when i try to fire up my car, all i hear is clicking sounds and doesn't start. can it be a defected battery? can someone tell me what might be wrong with my car. thanks alot

Easiest method is to have the battery tested, but make certain the cables are clean and tight. Turn the headlights/interiors lights on then try and start the car. If the lights dim considerably the battery is usually weak/low, but if the lights remain bright and the starter clicks, I would then say it's the starter. If you have a MM you can also check the battery voltage, after shutting the car down and just before the next start to be certain that there is not a drain on the sytem when the car is off.

thanks alot, well the headlight are complerty off when i try to start the car, that what happen when it died. it wasnt dim nor bright.

Costco has good deals on stock replacement batteries.

Dealers are BS and a waste of time

I brought my 06 Tl to the acura dealership, did the draw test, tesed the Free Link Unit and the alternator, and said i need further testing and told me to come back and rechedule, WFT??? they charged me $47.50 and couldnt find anything wrong, what can be the problem. But they gave me a car wash, I just spent $50 on a car wash if you thought about it. can any1 let me, what ekse can be the problem. thanks

what if they check it and said it wasn't the FHL, then would you what is the prolem?
