2004 TL intermittently loss of power
All of you ACURA TL HEADS with knowledge I need your opinion.
2004 Acura TL couple months ago popped a P0685 code. After looking it up on ALLDATA it gave me all the possibilities of what it can be so I began process of elimination. The car intermittently doesn’t want to start. also, while driving the car stalls like loses complete power and does a kick back when it does get power back. I have replaced everything electrical you can possibly imagine down to the starter for it’s not starting issues. Alternator, Battery, unplugged the HFL, looked for parasitic draw with no avail. I been testing wires left to right and no signs of anything. I say again this is intermittently. Oh I took it to the dealer and because it wasn’t a persistent issue they wanted to replace the alternator to start from there but I had already done that.
Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, please tell me what did you find the problem to be and how did you fix it?

Found it!!!
Hey everyone In case anyone has this similar problem. I finally found the culprit to the problem. It turns out to be a BAD ENGINE GROUND. Screw looks like it was stripped and loosened itself through time and was making the ground wiggle and every time it did it would make the car lose power. It’s about damn time lmao thank you all for real

I was going to respond to @Jackass response and suggest the potential for internal corrosion of one the battery cables. One or two other members have had that issue either hidden within the cable itself or at the opposite end of the cable (away from the battery). You still may want to feel and squeeze along the length of the cables to make sure that hasn't started in addition to what you found.
