The transmission on my 2004 acura is completely dead. I was able to find an '06 transmission with 85K and I was wondering if that I could use that as a replacement. I know that Honda made a could upgrades to its TL transmissions between 2004 and 2006.

 

yes you can, however most recommend using 06-7 accord transmission. you will have to swap the filter and the oil/water cooler along with the range and sub harness on the pressure switches
