I am a new member here. I have just registered for it coiple minutes ago.
Well, I am opening a new thread to ask you guy about an issue occured in my 2004 Acura TL (150,000 miles). When I drove home from school this evening, and suddenly the D light just kept flashing, I just deove the car to the local gas station to completely stop it, turn it off and waited for around 5 mins. After that, I started the car again, and the D light wasnt flashing anymore, and the car still drove completely fine. I am so worry about it, I have done many research about it. I found out that I might need to replace a transmission with the cost of around $3,000. Is there any suggestion guys? I dont think I can afford that amount of money.

^it could be a couple of things. It would be helpful to know if you have ever changed the 3rd & 4th gear pressure switches, and when the last time the ATF fluid was changed. Here are a cple of links to read......hope it helps.
