Unhappy 2000RPM grinding noise

Anyone here had this problem?
my TL has grinding sound at exactly 1900RPM to 2000RPM on 1st and 2nd gears.
it's very annoying and hopefully it's not a major problem...

I live in NY but bought my car in NJ... it's fairly long dist. with tolls and stuff...
Will i be able to run any factory warranty work at my local acura dealership?

I had a similar problem with my car too. I took it to the dealership and, initially, they said it was a minor problem with the transmission. After their attempt at fixing the problem, I had to take it back a second and then even a third time. On my third time taking it in, they said they will have to replace the transmission. After all that, my car seems fine now.

Here's a tip...make sure you call Acura Customer Care and complain. I complained and got a $500 voucher for my scheduled maintanence.

Any Acura dealer can work on your car. They all get warranty reimbursement and service is where they make their profits.
