I have a 2005 SSM TL, stock. I have always sent it for service when she tells me she needs it but I am trying to get suggestions, based on problems and fixes posted here, on what to get checked out before my warranty expires.

Any suggestions so I take full advantage of this warranty? Also, does anyone recommend extended warranty at this point (I plan to keep the car for another 3 years or so (possibly even longer)).

How many miles are on the car? I suggest you have the dealer look at any rattles and/or concerns you may have. As well have them check your window regulators, suspension components and motor-mounts for anything. I highly recommend the extended hondacare warranty, I've probably used it 5x the amount I paid for it.... Call up tim @ honda acura world . com for some of the best prices.

Check around your car for anything broken. One common item are interior lights. Make a list so you don't forget anything. And if you never have done it, have them check for recalls.

it has 48k. I will look into that honda care too. THanks for suggesting a "list" I never do but should this time.

yes get extended warranty

like 1500 for it for another couple years or 100k bumper-bumper for 70k drivetrain

It is smart if u plan on keeping the car for the rest of its lifetime..car is getting old...hopefully it saves u some $$$ in the future
