'08 Base TL timing belt kits

Ive done a search but im to much of a noob to really understand which kits out there are good. Ive check amazon looks like some kits are going for about $170-$230 seems like good deals to me.

My car has 100,700k miles and im the 3rd owner. Ive only owned this car about 2 weeks. Kinda worried about it cause the car fax does not show this service being done at all.

If you guys can post some links to good kits and how much i should be paying for the complete kit belt, bearings, water pump, etc.

Thanks in advance

Don't be worried about it, it's not due until 105,000. The car fax wouldn't show it because would not have been done. It will be time soon though. Your car will tell you when it's time to do the service.

That price doesn't seem too bad. Don't forget to add the $40 for shipping as well. You should price those items out yourself at your local dealer to see how close they are in price. Bear in mind that you'll be paying $500-$1,200 or so in labour for this servicing, depending on where you get it done.

I am also about to do the Timing Belt service... What items are that eBay kit missing for the service? I see that I'd still need a thermostat and plugs... What about TB adjuster?
