'05 Acura TL-I have a vibration.
Ok so dont hound me to bad i have read for about to weeks on this problem but can not figure it out. I just bought the car about a month ago base auto.
The vibration starts at 50 mph when the is in 5th gear at 1500 rpm it feels like the motor is luging kinda i down shift to forth and it feels ok but is not all the way gone. I have replaced motor mounts and checked the cv's they seem ok to me. I also changed spark plugs and air filter. O and i just put new tires on it about 3 weeks ago
if you need more detail let me know i did not have much time to write this i am at work.

Jack the front end up, shake both tires left to right (tie rods, bushings, etc) then top to bottom (wheel bearing). Also try a rebalance of the wheels as all tire guys are not created equal! Most light balance issues start around 50-70 and then smooth out. You could also road force the tires to see if you have a bent wheel you may not have noticed as much with your old tires.

Ok so this is the first time i have been able to get on here to update things. So here is the deal, I get up this morning for work jump in the car start it up and head out for work. Get on the road, its fine as long as i stay under 45. As soon as i get to 45 or above there is a bad vibration that starts i can feel it through the hole car seat, floorboard, steering wheel you can watch the wheel move a little from side to side. I drive for about 15 min to get to work by the time i am almost there it starts to smooth out for the most part.
Once i have drove it for that length of time or longer there is the other issue of the motor vibration in 5th gear. This vibration i can only really feel in the steering wheel for the most part, sometimes i can feel it in the floorboard and center console but not all the time, never in the seat.
I have replaced the trans sensors, did a full trans fluid flush and put new tires on all four and had them balanced. I know my rims are bent a little but they told me that i should have minimal vibration. I also have a ripped cv boot that is starting to through a little grease this is a reciente discovery, but it has just started to show a wet spot where it is leaking out so it is not gone yet. But i will be replacing it soon. the car has 18,000 miles on it and is in over all good condition.
So if anyone has any insights on my issues or needs more info to help please let me know.
Thanks

You have two identified items that are known to cause shakes/vibrations in the TL. Slightly bent rims and possibly a failing CV joint can easily cause the issues you are reporting.
As for it smoothing out as you drive, that sounds a bit like tire flat spotting. Usually that only takes a mile or two at highway speeds to smooth out if it is flat spotting. Different tires behave differently regarding flat spots.

Replace with RAXLES brand.

I had the exact same problem you describe, only at a different speed.... at 30mph under low rpm like 1500-1800 it would shake, some time worse sometimes less.. I had replaced all motor mounts, changed transmission fluid 3 times and tires were balanced,
I replaced the axles with Raxles brand and now the shake is gone completely.
