Hello, my car has had this whine since I bought it (6 months ago) and was wondering what it was, maybe torque converter?

I can also hear an unrelated kind of plane taking off but much quieter noise when accelerating at low rpms and low throttle.

I do not have a video of the acceleration but have a video of the whine, coming more from the middle/rear of the car
anyone else face similar issues?

car currently has 132k miles
