'07 TL Type S Idle Engine Vibration

Just today, when I started my car up for the second time after driving it for maybe 10 minutes the check engine light came on.
I noticed that it only turns on when the car is idling, but when I'm accelerating it goes away.
When the car idles, there is definitely a noticeable vibration in the cabin and the engine itself after I opened the hood.
Any suggestions?

the check engine light is a key or a clue to finding out your issues.

we cant automatically scan your car from the interwebz(although that would be a cool app)

Get the codes pulled and go from there. Sounds like a miss at idle which can be caused by all kinds of things from plugs, coils, EGR, bad gas, valves, phase of the moon, solar flares, etc..

I'll check the latest astroweather to see if there was a solar flare today. Must've missed it this morning.

With the way this week has been going on AZ, I'm pretty sure there was some solar flare or Mars and Jupiter were having a fit again..

Might be something Idle Air Control valve related or TB dirty as well

with a type-s the navi should be able to spit out the DTC code without a scanner...

I think it does, but the navi should have alerted me in the first place. However I went to my mechanic friend and he read the code for me and said there were misfires from old spark plugs. I don't know the age of the spark plugs, but if they were original ones it's about time because my car has 130,000 miles on it.
