Unhappy 07 TL/S 71500 miles

problems came quick!
I need the 65000 miles service. Recently my AC, usually set on auto began fading out and stopped working. I could hear the fan blowing but no air. Started working after I would stop and turn off engine for about 5 minutes. This weekend while OOT, the engine started switch light came on, the Savannah service said, no problem, drive home and get serviced. Enroute home the thermostat went from mid point to below C, to H. Engine light came on. I stopped and set for about 10 minutes and all was fine. Then the transmission light message appeared, the D indictor began to flash. The VSA message came on, the gas filler light came on.
I continued driving home, Sunday on I-16 is no place to get stuck. Prayers and crossed fingers we made it. No AC again.
Besides being over my service time, any ideas. I have a feeling $$$$ will be the issue. I have 29000 remaining on warranty. Help!

if you have warranty left not a problem unless you totally abused the car........

Sounds like you got alot of problems bro. The bumper to bumper will only take care of it up to 62K if its CPO (50K factory) and 100K for drivetrain. Sounds like you got a mix of both problems. You should "try" the dealership and just pay for the diagnostic fee, if you even have to saying that the warranty will cover it.

Acura dealer update. The PCM is bad, warranty replacement. The service called and told me 17 error messages. 60+ service is 483.00, I need brakes and rotors turned, 435.00. I live in north Atlanta. Does anyone know where I can get the brakes down cheaper and maintain the same quality? Thanks, RW

Thanks for the replies. I just bought EBC red pads. They were listed and confirmed by sales to fit my 07 TL/S. I just can't spend 206.00 for the Acura Brembo pads. I looked for someone who sold the Brembo, Goggle not helpful!!

a lot of members like the Duralast CMAX gold pads which are relatively cheap and quiet! As far as the 60K service goes, don't pay 435 dollar!

Can you operate a screwdriver without hurting yourself? If yes, then you can do most of it yourself and save some $$$. You can buy the engine and cabin filters for 30 dollars and change them yourself. 4 screws for the engine air filter and a few clips and screws for the cabin one. Then there's the transmission fluid change that needs to be done, a DIY is posted here with pictures to make it easy! As well, you will need to do a brake fluid flush which isn't that hard either, DIY's are posted as well.

Add to that a tire rotation/new tires and as well your brakes and of course and oil change and you'll be set!

OP, was moisture the culprit in your pcm failure? If so, you're lucky more permanent damage didn't occur.

I'm on dg ceramics myself on both the X and TL, they're great. I'm pushing 30k miles on both.. still good. When I'm done with them, I'll take them in and get a new set free.
