Can someone please answer this question? I have just purchased a '07 TL Navi.

I have 2 questions.

Do the wiper and headlight controls light up when the lights are on?

What are footwell lights, and where are they located?

I can't find these answers.

 

Can't you check yourself if the wiper and headlight controls light up when you turn the lights on? Maybe its just me but I dont quite understand the question.

As far as Footwell lights, they are located where your feet are. The driver's side is where the brake and gas pedal are and the passenger side is the same. The best way to check this out is at night turn on your car with your headlights and you will see a blue "glow" in these areas. 07-08 Type-S footwell's are red. Hope this helps....

 

I think the OP wants to confirm that his lights are suppose to be on or not. If they are, then he knows to replace the bulbs.

The footwell bulbs are one LED on each side and illuminates the footwell area. They are built into the plastic under-dash. If you want to make them a tad brighter, can remove the small plastic cover off of them.
