'07-'08 TL body work

I bought this car and on the rear wheel fender there is like a dull paint because the previous owner let some guy perform body work in the parking lot. making it not so shiny any more. Does anyone know an affordable fix for this? Its such an eye sore! might not show as much on pic but man you could see it in person.

No, that looks as bad in the pic as it probably does in person. That was a piss poor job whoever did it. Not sure what's going on with behind the wheel opening but they probably would have been better off not fixing it in the first place. .

A good body shop would take the rear bumper off and rework the quarter. They would probably start by grinding that all down to see what's under that paint (or what's NOT under the paint) and start all over again. Then paint the rear bumper cover and quarter. To do it properly they would most likely blend into the back door panel. I would say a minimum of $1000...on up. That would be if you wanted to have it done right.

That's actually kind of funny. I've seen people in parking lots doing body work on cars. I've always thought that maybe they just ran over someone, or hit another car and drove off and are trying to hide the damage.
