NAPA and ask For "Exact fit" wiper blade refills. They may tell you that they won't fit in the stock arms but they will.

Or your dealer...

I decided to just order PIAA blades and all... Was 29$ shipped for both, and its not just the little rubber part, but the whole blade part (everything less the arm).

Mine are only 9 months old as thats cars age but it seems after my windshield got replaced they dont wipe right, it leaves a mess on the glass, so dunno what the dude did to my wipers, and I was watching him so I am confused, but I hear the PIAA are better anyway so hey!

Yes, PIAA wipers are the way to go. I've used them on my past two cars (including my 04 Accord) and they last a long time. If you clean your windshield really good and wipe them down with this funky stuff they include with it, water will *always* bead up on your windshield. It must work in combination with the wiper blade to create a permanent Rain-X affect (without the drying/cracking of the blade that Rain-X eventually causes). Through a grand total of 5 Wisconsin winters and bug-filled summers, this Rain-X effect has always been there.

When I get my TL, it'll be the first (and probably only) thing I modify on the car.

i use the bosch icons, which are a metal-frame less wiper that are tensioned. These conform to the windshield very well
