'05 TL Trunk Wiring Issue

I have a 2005 TL with a trunk wiring issue. The trunk no longer opens with the switch or the key fob and can only be manually opened (through the pass through lever). I know its a wiring issue because I've played with the wire on the drivers side that connects to the trunk lid and I found the break. All of this to say, does anybody know if I can buy replacement pigtail wires from the main electrical line to the trunk lid, and do i have to hardwire them in or do they connect via ports? Thanks for the help.

If you've found the break in continuity, you simply need to restore the flow...pigtails will work just fine.
