'05 TL oil drip help

Hello all
I have noticed a one drip per day drip at the oil drain plug bolt. FWIW, I had the timing belt 105k service done 2months ago[ I believe the drip may have started at about the same time...]. At first I thought it might be the oil plug washer-- replaced and did oil change.
I noticed while doing the oil bolt washer change that there was oil residue ABOVE the bolt seemingly on and around the oil pan bolts . I was able to tighten 4 rear oil pan bolts by about 40 degrees with a 1/4 inch socket wrench. cleaned everything up and hoped for the best... 4 days later and now noticing the same 1 drip per day after parking for the night. I cannot see any leaking above this but I'm hoping someone can offer any help to locate or pinpoint this leak.
Thanks in advance.

I see no oil below the timing belt whatsoever. .. I'm thinking oil pan gasket or oil drain plug blowback up the back of the oil pan.? ...
