'05 TL A/C stopped working!

I noticed late last fall that my A/C was coming in and out with no real pattern. Over the winter I started to notice that the windows wouldn't defrost/ defog very well either. Well, now its summer, no cold air whatsoever is a real problem. Blower works fine, cabin air filter is new, and my coolant level is fine but when I went to go and recharge my system, my low pressure line showed 85psi. Supposed to be around 30psi is what the can says. Any thoughts or advice is very appreciated.

Check all fuses in car and under hood. I had an issue with my A/C, seat heaters, and heated mirrors and it was just a fuse. Sucks when people take their car to Acura and pay 95.00 to even look at it and turns out it was a fuse.

If everything with the fuses check out, then jumper your AC clutch to see if it will turn and get cold. Then, with it running, check the low side pressure. You can use a direct 12v power source to do this.

If that works, then jumper the connections for the low pressure switch. If that gets it, then your pressure switch is bad. If it does not get it, then it is elsewhere in the wiring.

Post the results.
