sounds like maybe the torque converter is toast and might be sending metal bits through the trans. Look into the accord v6 trans swap.

do you have any codes for torque converter?

When you drive are your RPMS normal and then go really and stall low as you come to a stop every time or just sometimes?

you can disconnect the solenoid and take it for a short drive and if the problem goes away, you know where the issue is.
