Wheel Color Help
Ok i just been informed that my air runners are now about 5 to 6 weeks out since japan is out of some of the parts needed to fabricate the kit. So that gives me more time to save money and with that set back i am now able to buy wheels since they are a 3 month build as well. I am dead set on work vs-xx wheels. I plan to go with 19/8.5 front and 19/10 rear since i will be able to tuck them. What color should i get? Keep in mind this is going on a NBP Type-S.

Do custom.
I have a set of RJ Legend II on my 04 TL and I didn't want chrome or silver that they come in. So I had them sandblasted down and powdercoated with a "liquid graphite" and they look great!
It's sweet having a custom color on your wheels and it's very unlikely that you will see some just like yours. Just make sure you LOVE the color before you have it put on. If you got a custom color, what would it be?
But anyways, the wheels are going to look sick no matter what color you get them in. If you say the hell with getting a custom color, get the gold ones, imo.

MY first choice would be custom gunmetal [darker color ]with polish lips, 2nd would be burning silver, 3rd choice would be the gold but all in all with those wheels any color would look gorgeous!

I went to a local dealer and saw the burning black and they are awesome in light cause the have a slight gloss to them and the gun metal's have a flat look to it. So now i think i will be going with the burning black. This is what the burning black looks like.

Burning Black is similar in color but has no reflective look and more of a flat look. At nite the gun metal does not have a good look but the burning black does. I saw it in person and it doesnt look as good as the burning black. They said to match the lexus charcoal color look would be a very hard task for them to do and if doesnt match what i want than tough shit for me. So i wanna be on the safe side since i am dropping dollars into these wheels.

my set of vs-xx's were actually the ones on the black TSX in the pictures. they were 19" 8.5, 9.5, don't know the offsets though because the stickers were removed. i sold them to my friend and bought the s1's but i was planning on buying another set in the near future because i think the burning black vs's match my AM better than the s1's

I'd say go with the factory Gold. Your stock wheels are
already gunmetal. Why would you get the same color on
a diff set of wheels? I dunno it does not make sense to me.
The Gold rims will stand out with your color (NBP) much
more than a set of gunmetal rims.
Example:
Put 2 NBP TL's next to each other with the Gold rims on 1
and Gunmetal rims on the other. You will notice @ first glance that
the Gold rims stand out. If you make the rims darker its harder to
tell what kind of rims you have. (its all in what your shooting for)
Just my buck fifty.......
BTW someone on here had a set of the Silver VS-XX with NBP &
it look pretty hot too!!
