I got them a long time ago, I just installed them maybe 3-4 weeks ago. I get a vibration from 40-20. It's mostly an overwhelming noise.

Any idea why?
Not expert but, sound+vibration makes me say rotor(s) are bent
Pad won't be a big issue I guess
and you won't feel much of vibration at high speeds because of a bent I think

Not sure. Took it to a shop today to install my camber arms, alignment, wheel balance and he will inspect the brakes. If it's a warped rotor I will contact Sean @ Brakemotive to see what we can do there.
The guy just called me a few minutes ago, he said after test driving it that he could smell the brakes...

Well, that's easy enough to check, I didn't have to touch the adjustment at the rear shoes for the ebrake, but Austin, try loosening up the ebrake under the center console and see what happens. That's easy to do. It should take 9 -12 clicks to hold the car in place.

It's being looked at today! I can't do anything about it now. I hope they find the problem and I can contact Brakemotive to see what I can do.

I doubt its a seized caliper....I had a seized caliper and it ate through 75% of the brake pad in 5 miles....it was ridiculous....
since he is getting vibrations, I doubt if its the ebrake either as the vibration would be caused by the front rotors/pads....

I have the powerslot slotted rotors with hawk hps pads....and now am running RB et500 pads in the rear (after the caliper messed up my rear pads)....
I have had the rotors for almost 100K miles (92-93K miles) and the front pads usually last me 50K miles and the rear would have lasted me 100K miles but the seized caliper make me switch at ~85K miles....
well worth the price IMO....
but I remember Jeremy telling me, that drilled rotors do make a "chopping" sound....am not sure if thats the same sound you are talking about....

The chopping is while driving (not braking) I do hear that. I'm getting a vibration I can hear as well as feel through the whole car.
