A couple of weeks ago I was looking at autotrader and came across an acura cl 6 speed in west palm beach, fl for sale that looked pretty clean in the pictures. I went and looked at it and ended up buying it to replace my second gen tl. spent the last two weeks swapping parts over from my second gen tl to the cl and sold the the tl. took some pcitures after cleaning up both today.

Thanks yes an upgrade over my second gen tl. The gearing and extra 35 hp is a nice upgrade it self. It also had 130000 less miles than my tl had.

Unfortunately there not working right now the relay blew and the seller won't respond or send me a replacement. I found a relay that's similar but they won't be here till January. If that doesn't work I'll have to require with a different relay

The inspire fog relay?

Every auto part store has them, for like $5.

Ask for 12V 30a or 40a relay (i forgot if its 30a or 40a but it says on the old relay).

Thanks, I have tried a couple autopart stores but haven't had any luck I'll try a couple more and see if I can't find one, It's a 40a relay.

I actually had a foglight bulb go out. Just ordered a new set of bulbs. My Type S is a Jay Wolfe Acura now though. My extended service policy expires on January 1st, 2015. So I wanted to make sure I got everything looked over before it runs out.

So you must be in the f-18D then, how do you like the high roll rate with high aoa at near stall speed? I've seen them perform here in Houston back in Nov and it's was a good show.

Yes, I flew the "D"! It was awesome-I did my own barrel rolls and loop-overs as well as inverted flying.....pretty damn amazing.

Finally got almost all my parts I ordered over the holidays.

Also finally got my fog lights fixed couldn't find a relay that was the same at any of the auto parts stores. Found one that looked similar on eBay so ordered a few. Luckily they worked and I have fog lights again.

Old relay:

I don't have a set of ported runners yet, I'm going to try to get a set within the next month or two. The runners are the last performance mod I have left.
