You give me too much credit. I am not clever enough to think of such stuff (cough) on my own. I am just keeping the joke alive from the other thread.

"Dude, if we don't have an update in 15 minutes I will not only come to Sugarlland....but after a night of drinking/strippers I will piss on your hood, move my bowles on your sunroof, and write my name on your windshield with other bodily fluids..... and in cursive at that."

I havent seen the car, but this is what they told me. they told me the grill is left out because it didnt fit due to the base hood trim
So, I'll have to buy the hood trim myself to complete the type-s conversion.
I think.
Guitarplayer, please confirm!!!
really?

The hood trim is interchangeable

Doesn't matter if you have a 07 front or a 06 front haha

went to go visit car. car is perfect.
tracks straight. I have alignment specs, will post.

GuitarPlayer, I found out what they did. in my accident, I did not mess up the grill and or the A bar.
they did not purchase the grill or the A bar.

I should have asked them to buy it and install and i would cover the cost.
but now, I think I'll just buy the grill and the A bar. and install myself.

Yeah, the grill and A bar are not interchangeable.

Pretty easy to install. Just a few screws.

So, its only the grill and A bar that I need.
I'll grab the lower grills and fogs at later time.

this is for inaccurate:
hehehe the estimate report says: reinforcement bar - MISSING.
they put a brand new one in, and my car is so HEAVY. OMG! its coming out, right away!

happy the car is home justn...now fill in the holes in your front end...looks like the body shop forgot a few things (yeah i know...work in progress with your front end).

you could always put two little crab eyes in the grill hole and have the claws coming out of the lower grills.... lol. j/k.

she drives great. doesnt even feel like she was in an accident.
If you guys recall, I had a concern about a screeching noise.

facepalm.

no the rear brake pads are finished.
right down to the squealer.

in the collision, my wheels never got hurt. But I assumed they did, and when i got the car back the first time, LOUD SQUEALING!
thats what prompted me to bring the car back.

I'm just surprised your rears are toast before your fronts.. I'm guessing you have less miles on the front pads. Otherwise you might have other issues.
