"Started...." Progress Thread (WDP 6MT on VS-XX)

Hey all, been on this site for a minute and this is actually my 2nd Acura I've owned since joining Acurazine.. previous car was a CL-S 6MT. I'm 22 from the great city of T O R O N T O. Anyways, I presently drive a base TL 6MT that I've owned for about 1.5 years now, this is my 2nd car and I think I've done enough to it to warrant a progress thread.

Car started out as a bone stock TL with A-Spec kit. Off the top of my head, here's my mod list:

-Full Type S exterior and interior conversion using all OEM parts
-Tein SS Coilovers
-RV6 V3 PCDs
-RV6 V3 J-Pipe
-RV6 True Dual Exhaust
-Ingalls Rear Camber Kit
-Comptech Short Shifter w/ Moddiction shift knob
-OEM Window Visors
-Roof Spoiler from bmwoemshop
-RDX Rear Caliper Covers
-Work VS-XX wheels 18x9 & 18x10 (summer setup) w/ Work RS extended lugs
-A-Spec gunmetal wheels 18x8.5 (winter setup)

Future plans:

-07/08 Base Front Lip
-Rebarrel my front wheels to 10" wide
-Moar low
-Moar camber
-Moar stretch
-Comptech Supercharger if I can find one for a good price

Unforunately I don't own a nice camera so cell phone pics from my Galaxy S5 is all I have to show Hoping to get some good shots up in the near future. Open to criticism and suggestions, thanks for viewing!

Nice looking car!

However, out of more low, more camber, more stretch, comptech, one of those four doesn't fit in with the others, but maybe it's just me. If I was going forced induction, I'd want more tire on pavement, not less.

Very Nice dude. I don't normally like these type of setups but damn this WDP looks good. Keep it up.

I like it. Plus, I like the direction you're going with it too.

Hahah, I actually kind of wrote that as a joke. I'm trying to find a nice compromise between stance and performance. My whole build up until I got my wheels on was performance-oriented.

Update: Last Thursday night I was headed home after hanging out with the local Acurazine crew. Right after a light as my car started rolling my front lower ball joint suddenly gave out and my car just dropped to the floor. Took out my driveshaft with it and messed up my fender pretty bad.

Note to slammed drivers: Keep an eye on them lower ball joints.

Small update:

Got my hands on a Type S front A-Spec lip locally, was never a fan of the Star Wars Storm Trooper look at first, but it's starting to grow on me. Also took the Work wheels off and back on my A-Spec wheels for the winter.

Side note, I think the original Type S lower grilles would look so much better if I can custom fit them to the A-Spec lip somehow. Wonder if anyone's done it before.. only thing is that the lower grille on the A-Spec lip can't be removed easily, would have to be cut out with a dremel or something.
