A week or so ago someone hit me and ran and forced my car into a guard rail. Im ok and the car isnt... Insurance said they want to fix the car and the bill is getting HIGH..here are pics...

did you get a good look at the other guy... instances like these if someone forces me into a guard rail... i pop right out of it and go after them to get a look at the license plate

in most states when the property damage exceeds a certain amount it is a felony...

maryland might be as little as $500

 

Usually i am so good about payin attention to other cars around me, but all i caught was it was a late 80s, early 90s honda accord, black with tinted windows. I tried to go after him but the car was so stuck in the rail that i couldn't. The officer said its a felony no matter what the damage. They also told me "we aren't going to take the time and man power to look for this guy because we wont find him" ...yay! Howard county police!...i understand it'd be real hard to track someone down like that but at least tell me you will try..damn. lol sorry

 

Damn bro that really sucks, hurts to look at that. But hopefully everything gets repaired and it's good as new. And karma is a mother fucker he/she will get theirs.

which day of the week? where? when? near by businesses ? anything in particular about that car? approximately where did that car merged with you on the road? I would think all that through and track down that mother F and make him miserable

Well I'd jump on any black honda accord tinted with damage to the passenger side then call 5-0

id say more like 10k. atleast. but jesus that is so shitty. a friend of mine had almost the same thing happen to her, guy in a 90's red civic hatchback with tints cut her off but he clipped her front bumper and sent her spinning, car slide into the curb, tires hit the curb and the car rolled over 1 and 1/2 times and it landed up against a tree on its side...people suck man

And i got a call this morning..there is frame damage on the right front...so the bill goes up..damn allstate has my car valued at almost 25k

 

1/2 Update. The car is close to going into paint, and the D2 coilovers have arrived!
