^Have you installed this yet? If so could you please post pics? I'd love to see a pic from underneath your front lip so i can see how it is placed.

I want to purchase this item asap but I'm worried about it fitting properly... I don't have the 9" deep flat area required for placement under my front spoiler. At least that's what the website advises. Member Dan1629 posted that he had to cut the back of the universal bracket to size, bend it at a 90 degree angle and then tuck the bracket behind the lower rad plastic shield. After reading that I looked under my front bumper and yeaa I'm totally confused..

Try the Neuspeed Sport Supercup Kit. Has Neuspeed springs with Koni Shocks. 1.75" in front and 1.5 in back, like my car. I get almost no gap.

took a little road trip down to NC this past saturday to meet up with tyler (CLtotheTL32) and jason (BoBByLiGhT83) and got a VIS carbon fiber hood n my fenders rolled. about a 5 1/2 hr trip one way. TL performed like a champ, averaged 29-30mpg and got about 420miles out of a tank of gas.

the drive down was great...clear skies, no traffic, good times.

the drive back...not so much. golf-ball sized hail, tornadoez, insane winds, ridiculous amount of rain. seriously the worst weather i've ever driven in. had to pull over under an overpass for about an hour. got 2 windshield chips from hail...score. had numerous close calls on the drive back, hydroplane city the whole way. let's just say i was extremely relieved to get home and back into my garage.

here are just a few pics that i took before i had to race out of town to beat the storm.

and why i had to leave asap...

aww...look at the clouds, they look like mountains. neat.

hmm...what's this?

aww a rainbow...everything is ok.

damn nature! you scary!

next update is coilovers and roof spoiler. updated pics 5/2 after the college park, MD meet.

You would post the pictures I sent you. That was in downtown Raleigh and that barely covers everything I saw. It was really bad down there. At least Krispy Kreme was still open

I'm glad you made the trip and got back safely! Sorry you had to run into that shitty weather. It's supposed to be sunny and 81 today

it's vinyl'd with glossy black. your KBP would look nice with a glossy black, or even try to color match your grill with KBP. do something different.

Sharksbreath, I know a TL that is lowered more then you (almost like cltotheTL) and has that license plate frame. The subframe scrapes before that, no problems so far he says.

i didn't personally do it, but i watched the whole thing...and i feel confident that i could do it. i just didn't have a fender roller and my good buddy tyler hooked me up with a good price, and the guy did a good job. no complaints.

interesting...sorry i sold it now lol.

either way, i'm looking forward to rigging up the custom holder. should be a fun project.

alright so today i got the magnaflow resonator#10426 welded onto my xlr8 non-res quad exhaust to help combat the rasp/noise associated with richies v3 pcd's.

outcome? it worked like a charm. zero rasp whatsoever, and exhaust sounds MUCH better all around. a little quieter, more smooth, just fantastic. i am very happy with how it turned out. also helped a great deal with brackpressure on the exhaust, feels like i gained some power as well.

no more stupid loud exhaust and no more advil for this cowboy.

also picked up some megan coilovers. intalling them this saturday.

dood i am SO HAPPY that this magnaflow worked. the whole time the guys were working on it...i'm thinking "man, watch this not even work and i'm wasting my money..."

but it did work! i have richies v3 jpipe, so no third cat. and i got richies v3 pcds...so no front or rear cat...so i'm totally catlesss.

honestly, only you will be the judge whether or not you'll need to weld in a resonator. my car was crazy, annoyingly, obnoxiously loud...so i had to weld one in...and i'm very happy i did.

before, when i started it up...sounded like a boeing757 taking off. now when i start it up...it sounds like a normal car.
