J, I went back to the first page just to see if you had like a ongoing list of everything you have in the car.

I'm going to be honest, I love love love the way the car is currently. Back in 2010 I wasn't feeling it, but now it's looks 20 times better... No offense...

Thanks, man...
No offense taken, when I look back at what the car used to look like with the non concave 19's...and trunk spoiler...I'm like...EWWWWW

So, basically, I feel the same way.

I actually used to VEHEMENTLY hate them...both, window visors and rear window visor...oddly enough though, I think that's the biggest most interesting thing about my car now...since they flow so well with the body lines.

SURE!

Tein SS 7/8" threading showing on rear, 3/4" on front...
-2 camber corrected from above.

18x9" wheels...+29 all around but rear has 5MM spacer (so +24)...tires are 235/40/18.

Thanks, man.

Quick question if I wanted the tires to poke out past the fenders a little more than what you have, would I just get a longer spacer?

something like this?

it'd probably depend on offset of wheels too no?

if that's the look you want, you'll need to balance how much tire you have...you can give the illusion of being much more aggressive by getting more aggressive wheels or rockin spacers with a stretched tire.

well, then you need to figure out comfort versus looks...
I rocked the 225's for a few years...but am much happier with the 235...can't be as low without extra camber but they are the correct weight load for the car.

especially with my fatass in it...

He's running 18x9 +29 Advan RS. Can't remember his spacer specs, I believe he had a 5mm in the rear, nothing in the front.

RZs would be cool, but you might want to run spacers with an 18x8 +35 (it will be a little weak offset wise)

EDIT: ITS LIKE 5 FUCKING POSTS ABOVE FFS LOL

LMFAO!!! I didnt even see that and I figured it would have been quicker to get a reply from j then it would have been to rifle through 300 pages

cool man, what mm spacers would you recommend with those specs? 15 front 20 rear or 10 and 15?

What tires do you want to run? With 235s you can go fairly aggressive, something like what Thanh has (and he's running 245s).

Personally, methinks 235 is a good blend of chunk and still gives the ability for stance.

300 pages is a lot!

Steven, thank you...I do squats!

If it's a good deal, go for it...spacers depends on your tire/camber...I'd say, off the top of my head...15MM all around so you can go version 2...otherwise, you'll need extended studs to run the 10's or smaller.

If you go with 18x8 +35 Advans, my vote is 15 mm front, 20 mm back. That will put you at 18x8 +20 front, 18x8 +15 rear, which will effectively still be less aggressive than J's setup.

Remember that you would be running an 8" wide tire, which means the tire will be less stretched, so you would want to still be a little less aggressive than J to make sure you have no rub. Also will highly depend on what height you decide to set your coils at.

Just looked at the Tire & Wheel Calc - with 15 mm front spacer and 20 mm rear spacer, you will be poking 3.7 mm less than J all around.
