I can't feel with my fingernail but I'm trying to wetsand it out and buff it out myself. Not fun and kinda scary.

I hear ya.

Sometimes I'm glad I am at the point with cars that I don't care enough to wet sand and buff stuff our anymore. My TL had 146K miles and it runs very well. The front end is covered in stone chips from the highway but I have found that this does not affect MPGs or ride quality so I can live with it. One day I will get a car I really care about.

I stay away from things that scare me LOL....paint is one of them....

Since Brian is working on it, I have no problems foreseeing that the trunk will come out looking professional....now if Brian moves to KS, I might try to wetsand my hood and reach out to him as well LOL

EDIT: looking good Chris....look the CF duckbill trunk

Chris, GTFO looking for G love in my thread! Especially after trying to take my batmobile title!

On a side note, I do like the spoiler on the G...I'm not a fan of CF unless it's a black car, I don't like that much contrast. BUT, given how the TL turned out, I'm sure the G is headed toward looking awesome. How's the miata? Still have it?

So, after all this work and blood sweat and tears, this was the look I was shooting for. Quick trip about 110 miles North to see an old friend about a Wing Ding (wing making competition). I was a judge, and actually ended up winning the beer pong tournee. Beginner's luck! I've only played twice before!

J.

Cool bird out front...Red Heron, I believe...

still pretty flush after dropping back 5MM all around...honestly, I don't know why everyone chases wider wheels and forced negative camber to make it look flush...factory spec camber with tire as close to fender as possible for me.

Thank you, Morgimus. Funny enough, dropping back the 5 mm ALSO stopped the daily annoying rock chips I was getting on the outer edge.

I wish the CL body lines didnt pinch inwards towards the bottom. I never ran really aggressive wheels, but even with mudflaps on it the doors and fenders looks sandblasted after 3 years of running wide(ish) tires.

One "anti-roof spoiler" member down... another member to go! (UD)

Edit: I just noticed you switched to the modded base reds. They look good, but not nearly as good as the Rockstars.

lol...honestly, I love the roof spoiler, small, and goes with the lines of the visors.

About the tails...to the untrained eye they look like base reds!
but they're not!

First thing I look at a car... that's why I love TL but not G37 sedan

EEdit: Ohh it's the other way around? You installed red lenses to your rockstar tails?

if you did the +35 offset probably no need for fender roll, if you did +20 youll need it more than likely depending on height. but ill give you a good piece of advice, use the search button. people will hate you for asking questions that have been answered a million times. there is actually a whole thread with probably 30 pages dedicated to the xxr 530 wheels and fitment on the 3g.
