Why clean it when you can lick it off!
LOL...whatever he wants...usually it's a hooked up TLX...he sometimes drives one of his 2 ITR...he had a CTR for a bit but sold it...
He's got options, and always cool ones. That red CL-S is his too.
yellow and white, together for ever
@truonghthe
you spotted me...
yeah, we are doing a stock vs modified high mileage new owner vs old owner 3G thing right now...friendly competition...you know how it goes.
Very cool to be involved with those guys!

I can't place why specifically...but I don't like how the 3.7 intake and TB drive without flashpro...
It seems kinda jumpy down low when driving around town like it doesn't know what to do with
the extra air.
until I decide to the FP , I pulled it off again and put the oem 3.5 back on.
Late last night I started thinking about sanding and painting it...when I
finally hit it with the wire brush it cleaned up REALLY nicely...like, better than
painting it nicely...so I did that. It's stamped with Mg which I'm thinking is
Magnesium although I thought only the 3.7 was. Maybe not.
closing in on 194K miles...not a bad looking bay

Your car is damn near perfect. BTW, I have an extra set of rear backup sensors I will ship you if you want them. You'd have to paint the sensors, but I can send them to you if you want. It comes with the control box and the bell and the sensors. They are not OEM, but they are wired the same way. PM me if you want.

So @rockstar143 , just curious, are you opting for APWI axles, when the time arrives, or are you 'on the fence' with an OEM part rebuild for your drivers side axle?

From reading the process, in the helms, it does not look that bad. With the 'resources' and especially the brain trust of experience from your buddies, at PembrokePines Acura, 'you can do it'.

We can do it...
all night long
Thanks, dude...
yeah, the boot I'm not concerned with...the bearing on the other side I was told if it ain't making noise leave it be.
I think my sway bar endlinks are old as shit...seem to have a lot of play and some thunks and thuds...
gonna look into replacing with OEM, more than likely.

Just checked rockauto, the front Moog's for your car don't look like they can be lubed even though it say they can.

that you two posted this @sockr1 @zeta
So what I have on the car are MOOG endlinks all around...I think maybe Austin did it but
once I asked him I vaguely recalled that it was actually Justin that must have put them on...
they are greasable but I'm fairly certain they are gone...especially passenger front...it makes this
thunk over bumps and honestly, all around the shift from left to right doesn't feel tight.
Thanks for looking into it.

I personally, on the mechanical side, couldn't stand using a 5mm hex head and a crow's foot on a torque wrench method when tightening / torquing OEM end links. IMHO, the design is exponentially idiotic.
I'd rather have a wrench, on one side holding a bolt type head (which is present on my end links) and a proper sized meaty socket over a nut, on the other side, to do my torque fastening, any fn day.

for base models, the moog endlink looks way beefier than oem. not sure why they went the other direction for the type s application.
YMMV but i won't use moog for anything ever again. may work for you but just wanted to at least provide my experience. as i get older, the more i realize how good oem can be regardless of price and that's all i've been using recently. same thing for my next axles, sure a cheaper version may work, but with my limited time with 2 girls under 3, i'm going the least risky way and doing it right the first time to minimize my car time.

@sockr1 say no more fam.
thanks for the response, man...
I know there are different levels from MOOG but that sounds like a nightmare and honestly...with only 60 to 80K miles
on these I'm pretty unimpressed with the clunking I'm currently hearing.
