A Quick Kansas City Happy Hour.

We had four of us for a quick Happy Hour at Houlihan's. It was:

Steven Bell
FastinFairway
Buda
DiZlAoSbOiSoFlY

I shot some quick photos with my new iPhone-first time taking pics with it.

I also painted the "TL" on my Trunk Tray.

iPhone camera FTW! I got the iPhone when it first came out like 2 years ago and the camera is awesome!

Nice mini-meet though. I still love the 2G Type-S.

He actually had one of them with him in his trunk. We got to see them-sweet !!! And wow-they are really light! FastinFairway was doing curls with them!

That is DiZlAoSbOiSoFlY's TL on the lowdown. Yea....the Type S looks bulky sitting next to the 2 dropped TL's.

Thanks for the comment on the 2G... sometimes you feel like the redheaded stepbrother when your TL is sitting next to 3 3Gs.

As for the no front plate comment, BallinFizzle, we don't have front plates in Kansas, so we're good to go without 'em.

Buda's new wheels are nice. He's just waiting to see if Sprint is going to keep him on the payroll a bit longer before he goes out and drops some more cash on rubber.

Steven, the pics came out great! It totally was darker than that out when you took them. The Iphone camera does a good job in lower lighting. Mine wouldn't have come out so well from my phone in that lighting.

I like the painted trunk mat lettering. When I had my Mazda3, I used a silver metallic sharpie to 'paint' the letters on my engine cover...It works quite well on plastic surfaces.

That's a cool idea....it would have gone well with my ASM Type S.
