how did you black out the grill?? I have one just like this and I hate the chrome and gray grille

 

Remove the pieces from the bumper (How-to's in the 3G garage). Take to a body shop, have them paint it according to your paint code.

Bobby - if you have the newer TL with the chrome on it I dont know if it'll work. You basically sand down the grille so the paint can stick to it. I took it to a body shop. You'll save money if you can take off the grille and just have them do the painting ...

That is called "Clearing your headlights". You can either do it yourself (requires baking of your headlights) or you can send them to JnC, a vendor on AZ. He does good work! You can also install halo's, LED lights, blackened them out, etcc!!!!
