Since you are going to install leds for back signals too..

Some people got away with .12 , using leds front and back but not everyone
0.24 Ohm is what you will need for both front and rear LED signals, 0.12 is just for front OR rear LED

i have LEDs in both front and rear signals with the 0.24 Ohm and works perfect.

^^^expand your mind a little.
The TL, not my "style" per se, but it's done VERY well.
At least that's my opinion. The audi is cool too.

Sorry, I have little liking for the new TL's. To make that one stand out (to me) a bit more it needs to black out the window trim, headlights and grille.

Just checked with the owner of the TL, he says thanks for your suggestions. He thought it looked pretty good but he's glad to know what still needs to be done.

man this thread switches gears soo fast LOL...

Meko,
those are only 18smd leds and hence will be very very dim....you might need something along the lines of 60+ SMD leds to get a nice bright light out....

also, you wont need a resistor at all if you have only front LED indicators and bulbs in the rear....you will need a 0.22 or a 0.24ohm (which ever you can find) if you have LED's in all 4 indicators....

head to this thread for the resistors....

I was searching on that thread but what the heck I didn't know no needed for resistors if LED's only at front

There are no 60+ 5050 SMDs out there?
Those are SMD but small leds, not 5050
I don't want the small ones, to me 5050 is much better
Can't fit 60 of the big ones into a one bulb anyway

I ordered the back ones but not the front ones
Seller is away for a month
I'll look for another one tomorrow

I will order V3 TRITON for front

J. I tought about it and won't waste money for springs. Later on will buy coils or a set like Glenn is thinking of selling...with damper control

I'm a suspension snob...adjustability of height is my biggest necessity.

are you driving and browsing???

but yeah for the suspension is very very simple...what do you want to achieve....

if you only need a drop, get the Tein S or H techs...I know Matt has em and it has given him a sexy drop and it cost only $180

if you need height adjustability, get the Tein Basics....gives you all you need and you can get a used one for $500-ish and a new one for $700-ish

now if you need height and dampening adjustability, either get the Tein SS or XLR8 ISC N1's....i am on love with the N1's...for $800 i got new N1's (i think they are still at $850), with brand new top hats, offers height/dampening/preload adjustment....i think its more value for money that the Tein SS....

so its basically what you need....you can get done in $180 or spend $850

^^^exactly. The problem I see, if you stay on this site, is that you'll be "happy" with springs, then see someone else's drop and immediately you'll know you need coils.

but overall I was very satisfied with the Tein Basics....was perfect for my needs....

then after the weight loss, i wanted to stiffen up the suspension and decided to get the XLR8 ones....but either way, you can go wrong....with the demand on these things, you can prolly get almost all your $$$ back....

No enemies

Ok.. let's bring everything together
You guys know me, not a person that takes off the tires off the car every weekend
Don't have any tools, I always run to dad's friend, Boston cold, busy blah blah

I am always looking for something that I don't have to keep playing with it or a clean job

- If I install springs...how will will my 120k struts will take those
I don't know much about that tire-susp. area but how about those camber kit blah blah, or whatever is in that area, will they hold that low spring well..
Those old rusty arms?

- Tein was my first choice, then heard from Austin that no damper, no hats and other blah blah (I don't know much details)

- ^That's why, jumped to N1

But, those go for brand new...
that black market could change everything

If I have to throw away my suspensions after this winter, I'll check BM first, if nothing is there... buy N1
and make my dad pay little of it since not replacing for fun hehe

J. you are rim/height/susp specs guy to me
Dude, If I lower my car, like that WDP, I would be happy.
Someone elses drop wouldn't pull me to coils...I won't go lower in Boston
but, scared to put springs on

Anil, I was Matt's drop, like it too. But tothe Ty is just like what I want.
A-Specs and perfect drop for me...that bish got those springs for $80 or something too I know

and both of you swoosh and rockstar talking about something I don't understand
what error what room

anyways, check my next post

Good idea, MEKO. I'll tell Anil you just volunteered him!

I like the new pictures. I've had my mustache since I was 20 myself. I've never shaved it either. By there are other reasons I've not shaved mine......long, almost tragic story.
