Damn, Adam...if you were close, I'd come give you a hand with the suspension. Congrats!

Are those OEM tips? What tips are those? They look like bigger versions of ours.

Great choice on spacers and coils. I am still in love with mine.

I am in the minority but I had cheap lower camber arms before and I hated them. They both move so it gives the alignment shop too much room for error depending on which arm they adjust first. In addition, they bring the bottom of the tire IN to correct camber, rather than bringing the top OUT like a traditional 1 arm camber kit. I have the SPC upper 1 arm kit and love it. I'd vote to cancel the order and get the 1 arm upper kit.

do it once and do it right

I agree on the SPC 1 arm kit....I have been wanting to get that but the Ingalls front and rear camber kit has been doing just fine for over 4years and almost 70K miles

The exhaust tips are OEM. I polished them up and painted the insides black. I've just never been 100% happy with the quads. They just don't fit quite right. Once I saw Austin's car with the tips moved back, I knew that's what I needed to do to mine.

I've heard from multiple people they (and their alignment tech) like the SPC kit better. I ordered the Ingalls because a member on here recently couldn't get his toe in spec with the factory arms. I guess I just wanted to play it "safe" since these come highly recommended from our vendors.

I'm going to cancel the order today and have them ship me the SPC if it's in stock.

Gonna take the Aspecs to the next level with coils and spacers. Looking forward to seeing the outcome. Are you gonna leave any wheels gap??

I'm going to start with little to no gap all around. I don't want to slam it, but I def want to put these coils to proper use.

Big time, man...people probably had to cut off the off center bolt that adjusts toe...UP NORTH due to rust. Down here, they should be able to use it just fine. SPC it is, my man.

Well, congrats...love what you picked up.

About the tips, I didn't want to say anything..but I agree, they looked out of place. I'm glad you're doing this. and that's coming from the guy with tiny tips!

Nice, can wait to see it. I'm at about one tight finger gap all around and i may even lower just a tiny bit. I just dont like any tuck but almost tuck is fine with me. I'm like George in that Seinfeld episode, haha.

You'll probably adjust it at least 6+ times before your really happy with in. Gonna be fun! Great buy man.

What are your thoughts on switching the dust boot out on the SPC's to an OEM boot?

The tips do look out of place, but I was too stubborn to change them. When I bought the car, I was dead set on putting quads on. Right after getting them on, my OCD kicked in and I am constantly staring the angle they are installed and how far they stick out. It's like when you're a little kid playing with the shapes... you keep trying to force the circle in the square's spot, but it just doesn't seem to go in.

Your height looked great in person, but in photos it looks higher at certain angles. I'm hoping to go a tad lower than you as long as it's not too much of a pain around town.

Me too! I went out a little bit ago and rented the spring compressor. I'm hoping the install goes smooth.

Adam- if you decide to go with the SPC, and decide to change the dust boot, here is the DIY.....I will be doing this shortly.

Great minds think alike. I noticed the same thing with in person vs in pictures which is why i'll probably lower a bit soon.

I was reading up on that earlier. I'm waiting to hear back from Marcus about switching my order. I'll probably order the boots when he ships them. I know Sunday's are family time, but you should come down if you're able to.

I need to swap my dust boots too, they're both torn but I've seen zero adverse effects...I have a torn front lower balljoint dust boot too, I just cut another boot and wrapped it around and used wire to hold it in place packed with grease. As long as you're keeping the elements out and keeping it lubed, it's fine.

I started at 1" from bottom locking ring to the bottom of shock body (like it says to do in the instructions). I remember being happy with that until a meet where there was a guy that had 3/4"...then, I did 1/2"...
Now, maxed and I STILL feel like it's totally driveable. My camber is at -1 Front and -1.5 Rear...
Do it...DO IT.
SMALL PIC FOR INSPIRATION TO MAX BUT TO NOT WHORE OUT YOUR THREAD:

I just switched my order to the SPC kit. I'll probably order the dust boots for piece of mind.

I can't wait to get everything installed. I'm def going to try and start low, will raise if it becomes a problem. I'm half tempted to do heads/tails to finish off the car.

It's a 3 hour drive... He's more than welcome to come, but I don't think he drives his car more than 10 miles outside his home's radius.

Yeah, I guess if my school and work responsibilities maxed out at a whopping 11 hours a week...I'd probably see things differently.

27 actually

There are two days a week called "weekends" where most people don't have to work and they do what they want. You could easily meet with Adam on one of those days

Well... the coils didn't get installed today. I went to my friend's house and we came across a problem when we were installing fronts. We had to put the H-Techs back on. I'm waiting to see how it's handled by the vendor I bought them from before I say what happened. Hopefully I get a replacement part soon.

Such a nice WDP. Good luck with your new mods!

Curious....what's making you switch out the H techs? Just wanted more low or was the ride crappy? Were you on stock shocks? I ask b/c I think if I were to ever lower(I tell myself no), it would be with the Htechs. Perfect height

It was a manufacturer defect. I researched it and came across a few other people had this problem. I'm hoping the vendor will handle it for me so I don't need to deal with Tein directly.

Thanks! I was wanting to go lower. The H-Techs are great for a daily. It gave me the lowered look and I didn't really have to change my driving habits. The ride felt pretty much like stock, but didn't have that floaty feeling over bumps. They will be for sale once they come off.

Shit happens. I'm happy it happened on the very first one we started on. I don't want to say what happened yet til I see how it gets handled. I think it was a fluke and don't want other people to get scared off from buying these.

I'm surprised you didn't just leave it in there and see what he says first...but I get you, don't want to make it a "used" shock...smarter move was to pull it.

Thought about it, but I thought it would be better if I took it off. I didn't want to give them a reason not to replace it. I have 3 uninstalled coils that I included pics of to prove I didn't drive on it.
