Dude, its very easy to get rid of the PCD residue.

for the exhaust, use Bar Keepers friend. it takes less than 5 mins to do each tip.

the bumper, use a rubbing alcohol. takes like 2 secs.

Inaccurate recommended an alcohol wipe for the bumper. It's still brown.
I do this at every wash.
my tips and rear bumper are always clear of PCD residue.

^what he said.

it shouldn't take any longer than 5 minutes for each side if you use bar keepers friend and some steel wool

I used Never Dull on it. That was like 3 months of not cleaning the tips at all so it was really caked on there. I need to be more regular cleaning those bad boys

grab a can of bar keepers friend for like a buck or two at your local grocery store.
and wash your tips every time you wash your car.

Bar Keeper's Friend is a pain in the ass to find in Canada.

I picked mine up at Home Hardware Building Centre.
