OK Better pics 10 of them! M45 wheels on TL

Here we go... the wheels are from my buddy who just bought an M45 he put 20"s on right away. I got the wheels and tires for $1700 brand new the wheels go for $950 each plus the tires. I like the ride with bigger tires. only rubbing so far is the rear screw for the body kit. other than that my wife hates the gunmetal look so I will get them dipped in chrome soon. here are some pics for your enjoyment... by the way it is 1FastTLGirl's car not mine..

I gotta say, that is pretty sweet. It gives the TL a totally different look, esp. with the exhaust, the car's definitely got that "exotic" look.

I actually like those on the TL.. Not my favorite, but definitely acceptable and better than stock... but that's not the real story here.. Those rim/hose reels are freaking awesome!

LOVE THE HOSE REELS on the side of the house and in the garage!!!

Wouldn't look right on my house, but I commend the effort!

i think those rims are nice. Also, what suspension did you use b/c your car is SLAMMED. Looks nice! Finally, what bulbs do you have in your fogs. They looks mad nice too.

Putting M45 rims on an Arura is turning it into a wanna be Infiniti. Might be marginally acceptable if you were able to put on Acura center caps.

They do look good, but any Infiniti owner who has lost their weels or cars is going to give you a funny look or worse...

Size: 245/40WR19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A
Serv. Desc: 94W
UTQG: 140 A A Price: $280.00 each
Estimated Availability: Low Stock
the tire ride way better than the 235/35/19's... I think after the wheels are chromed and I get Acura logo's for the center cap it will look better. Tein Spring and SPC camber kit front and rear. Nothing done to the fog lights.

doesnt look too bad... but the tires are too big... must be rubbing like shit with people in the car

plus your speedo is off big time... by 5.5%. that means when it shows 60mph you're really doin' 63,3mph.

MAN I LOVE YOUR GARAGE!!!! OH AND YOUR HOSE REEL. You stole my idea. Heres another idea weld a stand onto a rim and cut clear plexglass and put on top of rim as a table. Rims are ok looking not my cup of tea. But to each his own. Good luck with your RS4 badass car.

That's what I was thinking...I knew I had seen a similar wheel before.

Nonetheless, I like the M45 wheels, but if you keep them, definitely chrome them and get a 35 series tire. The Se7ens are nice, so if you went back, it wouldn't be a bad thing...and I think, ultimately, that's what you'll do as no man wants and unhappy wife.

Loving the setup. 45mm is too thick. Go with 40mm. 35mm is too thin anyway

Lightbulb

I can't believe how nice those wheels look on the TL.

I would never change the finish of those wheels ..... it's perfect!

Sorry TLGirl, your hubby did the right thing as long as they don't rub w/the correct tire size after these wear down a bit......

Man that looks great!

I love the look!

And please don't mess em up by Chroming them, they looks so HOT in Gun Metal.

I would definately look into some 35 tires.

No offense TL Girl but the Chrome AXIS is just alright, looks too much like every other TL with Chrome Wheels.

This makes it stand out, makes it unique.

Good offset. I like it when the wheels line up with the fenders. And they don't look bad on the TL, either.

The only problem I see is that the tire diameter is quite a bit off. Your speedo will be off by 5.5%. Also, are they hub-centered? I would imagine that while the bolt pattern might be the same, the hub sizes could be different. Just checking.
