so as mentioned, lowered the rear 3/8'' the other day, went to tackle the front yesterday, it was so fucking hot out that when we got the drivers front jacked up, the jack and jack stand were sinking into the fucking asphalt lol. So brought it back down just to be safe and will tackle it another day

yea I didnt like what I was seeing. plus I dont think we would have been able to get the jack back out as it was sinking in at an exponential rate

Not to mention it sucks fixing the driveway.

So damn hot here that I'm contemplating an air conditioner for the garage.

I just had my driveway repaved and haven't been able to put a car on it after 2 weeks! My kids road hockey sticks were leaving pitts from leaning on the fence! Sucks because I need to jack the car up too.

wow...surprised you like the sti/home depot lip on there but not the rear diffuser. I actually think the rear looks more like it belongs and fits the lines better.

either way i'm excited to see what you put on. i think a properly fitted splitter looks pretty good. the hard part is getting it to fit well...some are too short, some don't fit the lines. i really wish we had an oem version, it gives a nice aggressive touch. i'd like to do the diffuser but i don't want to take off my rear bumper because someone hit me while parked and i'm afraid i won't be able to get the bumper back on haha

thanks. I set the rear equal to the front so 6/6. It rides great, our roads are pretty bad here so it can get bumpy/uncomfortable at times but I found that anything higher than 6 is too bouncy. Overall I'm liking them a lot and Im happy I went with them

it wasn't suppose to be a great pic, just a pic of the scrape. I dont think it'll buff out, it put a groove right in the plastic and ripped the paint

Personally, I'd just send that car to the crusher. Not worth saving

Maybe Jeff can finally redeem himself by driving something other than an Acura...

I hear the Chevy Cobalt is a fantastic automobile
