FYI if you want to end a sentence, one period will do just fine. Or you can use a comma to join your ideas.

just for the record insulting someone online (lame enough already) is more effective when you can demonstrate a clear understanding of the language you're doing it in

What the hell? You want our opinions with an attitude like that? You're not going to last long here.

First of all, you plan on getting a "JDM" purple tow hook with matching lugs, but you have TSW wheels which are just about as far from JDM as you can get. 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 10 sound great, but they look terrible with that 4x4 height of yours. Take the tint off of your fog lights and get some 3000k bulbs in there instead.

Usually I don't get an attitude towards members here on Acurazine but since your tampon got in a wad after Sandals commented on your terrible grammar, I thought I would put you in your place. You can't be on the site for 3 months with 7 posts and tell people to "shuve it up your ass".

the reason i got an attitude is because they gave me one first .. this is how i type & i dont mind it but obviously some people do.. all i want is suggestions & i appriciate yours but i like how my car is comming along so far so i dont have a problem with that either .. im not trying to get an attitude but it got a little bit rediclous .

the TL has become affordable to the younger generation so i suspect we will have alot more post like these in the future. I already for see some horrible builds coming along. So with that being said, wheel specs look good but i hope they are going to be aggressive offsets. The wheel color on the other hand is not my cup of tea. Like CLtotheTL32 said wheels without a drop looks terrible. If you are focusing on racer/import look than i would focus on suspension first, than engine mods. But with the sound system going in that will be just added weight, so you are actually contradicting your intent focus of going for the racer/import look.

I wouldn't do the tow hook or the purple lug nuts. And, I agree that you need to do some good suspension modification to go with the wheels.

I also wouldn't act so...oh, never mind.

Start with the A-Spec suspension - it's designed for the car. If you want to swap out for TEIN springs or something later (to go lower) you can do that and have a good set of shocks that won't wear out because of excessive compression.

breezy, u should get my suspension, H&R RACE springs, it drops it 2" in the front 1.75 in the rear, i might have it in the marketplace soon and im selling it with shocks and all!

drops it nice.

guys we should show better respect to fellow members even if their wants is a purple towhook (which i dont agree with lol), i remember back when ppl started getting staggered wheels on the TL and other ppl started fussing because we are FWD and stufff.. c'mon!

Purple tow hook and purple lug nuts is about the gayest thing I have ever heard of in my life.
I take it back, its the second gayest thing I have ever heard of right behind the tool that I see driving around here in a white STi with pink wheels. Cannot wait to roll up next to him in my Z06, but thats another subject.

sry2say but if you add the tow hook and purple lugs youll be ricer as hell

and i think youre getting more compliments on the actual car than any mods youve done

Why is it some people insist that different is better? I know you started this thread to get more ideas and opinions, but the TL truely is a good car as is. Sure any car can use a little tweaking here and there, but come on man atleast do tasteful mods. I mean seriously, purple tow hook and lug nuts?!?! wtf
When was the last time you saw an owner of a true bad ass car (Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche etc etc) do stupid shit like that? The answer is you dont......you know why? because those mods are not cool.
Also, another thing a lot of people do is take modding too far. On a car like the TL that already comes from the factory setup pretty damn nicely, there isnt all that much you have to do to set it off from other cars and make it different. The TL with 20% to 35% tint, lowered REASONABLY like 1.5", and a nice set of 18 or 19" wheels will really set it apart, but yet still keep it clean and simple. These are just ideas to get you started.

lol exactly how i feel, i guess we have taste hence the ssm paint featured on the exterior of our cars.

different is good as long as it is pulled off semi tastefully
i have been thinking about blue wheels for the winter, then again those will be my winter wheels............................................ .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................

and op if your 19.. shouldn't your writing skills be semi fresh since you just graduated from high school?? i really hope you did graduate.. sad day when high school dropouts can afford a tl..

Folks, let's ease up on the grammar police role? Also, jbreezzy- you will last a long time on this site if you can take the criticism whether it's good or bad. Carry on.

There's the attitude you need man! I was just trying to point you in the right direction

No matter what you do to your car, you will always have somebody say that they don't like it. As long as you like it, that's all that matters.

LOL Temper tantrums!!! A lot of people are going with crazy colors on their car, be it lug nuts, tow hooks, the side mirrors... The TL is a nice looking classy car, there are lots of mods you can do to it and still keep that class... but soon it will probably be like all the Civics and Accords you see out there... smh... but to each his own!

everyone needs to remember that each one of us is entitled to our own opinions on different matters. if u like/dont like something voice ur opinon...if u cant take the crticism, then dont post....its pretty simple last time i checked, there is not a wrong or right way to mod a car...its about wat the car owner wants/likes...
