My AM after upgrades
My 06 was relatively stock except for a A-Spec front lip, and painted rear lip. I was getting bored, so I decided to put a little $$$ into it versus buying a new car. I definitely made the right decision:

The upgrades were mostly exterior including A-Spec sides (without rear), Kyonick (eBay vendor) roof wing, and TL-S tailights.
I also went with the 03-05 Accord fogs, and have the existing foglights (factory) wired as DRLs:

Low beams and fogs

DRL's only

Lightswitch off

Switch on (for DRLs)- the fogs at the lower bumper use the factory fog light switch.
All work on the lights and the exterior pieces was done by AckTL05 in NJ- the prices for the work were extremely reasonable. I didn't like the switch with the fogs, so I wound up using a factory Accord switch and a portion of the harness for the Accord. There was a writeup on the Accord forum for this purpose, and I amended it to the TL.
The only thing I didn't do was wire up the Accord switch to the VSA switch so that it's backlit- it doesn't matter to me but maybe in the future I'll connect it. I also didn't go with the rear part of the A-Spec kit- for me, I like the way it turned out (I'm sure others will feel it looks incomplete without the rear part of the kit). By the way, if anyone wanted to know, my tint is 15% rear sides and rear window, and 50% for the fronts (they're still not legal in the front, but since they're relatively light, no problems yet).
I saw this pic on Google in the past for an 04-06 TL w/o the rear A-Spec piece and liked the look:

Thanks very much!
I think this is as far as I plan to go with it. Now I'll drive it to >200,000 miles. It's great to have a car that's paid in full and is as reliable as the TL.
I have an iPod interface and just upgraded the capacitor on the HFL board, so it pretty has all of the electronic upgrades as a new car. There's really no reason to get anything new.

They are the OEM lights. Regarding transpositioning the 2 switches, I did it for accessibility. It's much easier to hit the DRL switch versus having it more toward the dash center. Plus, I rarely if ever turn off the VSA, so it doesn't matter to me if it's slightly out of reach.

The DMV requires the inspection sticker to be in the driver's side inside windshield- they stopped giving the plate tag some time ago. In NJ, it's now only an emissions inspection every 2 years (not the full inspection like it was previously).
None of my cars have the sticker on the plate.
