[QUOTE=MugenR]Hey Fitz! nice man! real clean... all we gotta do is finally get those brakes! SHOULD BE DONE SOON!

Is it just the 3 of us who stepped up to get the wilwood's? Either way, wilwood must be doing some mad marketing push, cause I'm starting to see their products everywhere....print ads, etc. I decided just to get them black with the wilwood logo showing, what about you 2?

I got mine painted SSM and a decal shop is printing the 'A-Spec' logo for me in black.. something small like the AMG logo. I told Ben not to put the willwood logo on there.

Updated Pictures

First off, my exhaust should be installed tomorrow or saturday, expect pictures and a review by monday. Really looking forward to it, brakes should be on the car by the middle of november btw. Starting to think about the UR pulleys, but not decided yet.

do the UR Crank Pulley! people are saying its the best mod for the money...the only problem is the fact that it will wear ur engine down faster...and put more stress on it...but im sure by that time....it won't even matter....lokius man are u thinking about doing a custom trunk setup? id love to see something very classy with a fiberglass and plexiglass with LED lighting and black leather or vinyl...that would be sick! as well as white suede or white leather where the back support and the butt support for the seats are in ur car...that would just be plain sick...

I must say your TL has been coming together.

Exhaust Pictures

Loving the exhaust, it just as loud as I want it, when I want to hear it, I can go into SS and keep it at 2.5-3k RPM range and just hear the growl, or when I don't I just cruise above 4-5k. The drone isnt loud at all, and it sounds extremelly deep. Look to my earlier posts for exact descriptions of the parts used.

ALSO! Expect the brakes by the end of next week!!

Awesome job on the exhaust!!! Glad you left the stock tips! I really love what you did. Your car looks mean from the rear!

Nice looks really good. Just one question, switching to the stock tips. defeat the purpose of the exhaust? Since the opening is small? Either way it looks great. I want to do the same thing, but I can't find a good shop to get it done.

By the way where in Oregon is this?

lookin good, you should have extended the tips by one imch just for that modded look. I feel like they look too similar to stock to show off.

i like them the way he has em, cause then its like not really trying to show off as much

i also think that non stock tips look bad b/c the body kit has a square slot

I pushed them out another inch, any further and they wouldnt look flush with the bumper, and it just looked bad. With the stock A-spec underbody bumper, the exhaust kind of hides behind it, and I just had them push it out a little bit to make it look flush with the bumper. You can see teh polished steel when looking dead on, and thats all I wanted. If I busted out some chrome cleaner, it would look alot better.

Stock vs. Custom Comparison

Here are the comparison shots, the exhaust got pushed out a little less than an inch...

What ever happened to the brake kit? Sorry if this was already answered, but I'm too lazy to sift through your 9 page thread.

Sun Hyperground Grounding and Voltage Kit Review and Pics

I've had the Sun automotive hyperground grounding and voltage kit installed for over a month, and I'm very happy with it. Electrically the car works better, ignition issues are fixed, and the headlights are slightly brighter, not really noticeable. As far as power, low end torque slightly, not really noticeable. Intake and exhaust help alot better than a grounding kit do if you are looking for power. Overall this makes my electrical system run cleaner, my ignition is alot better, I feel a little bit more power, and it looks great. In conjunction with my intake, exhaust and UR pulley, this mod is a very valuable addition. Here are some pictures...

It adds to the asthetic factor even if it doesn't do anything. Could you be so kind as to tell me what the grounding points are? Thanks

Evo 8 with what the guy says is $18k worth of modifications, really has about $12k. I find out next week weather or not he accepts the offer. With the deal I will still pocket around $2-3k after I sell the TL. Which will probably go towards savings..

We will see

Sad that you're parting with the TL but hope the Evo works out... Thinking my next car will be 1) a manual and 2) probably AWD...was thinking perhaps the Evo IX..! Will be awhile before that happens anyway...

I was thinking about either an RSX or an Evo 9 next car, but not for a few years. Does the evo ride as harsh as they say? I do like some comfort.
