Gray Ghost progress thread
Got my reverse light LEDs installed. Now I can actually see out of the tinted windows at night when backing up. Also installed a new cabin air filter. Once I pulled out the old one it was obvious the previous owner had no idea it was there. It was the original filter, black as my interior and full of so much crap I'm surprised I even got air in the car. Pretty easy install took about 5 minutes.

Yes the Cree LEDs. These are the exact ones he gave me.
I did it last night so I didn't need to turn the air on. I will know today after work on the ride home. Based on the condition of the filter I'm willing to bet that the air flow had to be constricted. It was so filthy I couldn't even see light through it.
Did a radiator flush and fill with Honda Type 2 coolant this weekend. Pretty easy just need another gallon to top up the overflow.
Also changed all my lugs to open locking. Someone was either trying to steal my wheels or needed a lug and stole one last week so I figured it was time to make them all locking so anyone thinking about it would have to think twice. 4 lugs are open locking and 1 is a Gorilla acorn.
This week should be the ATF filter and 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches along with the PS fluid change. She's getting more attention in the last two months than she's gotten in the last 6 years.

3rd and 4th gear pressure switches installed. Feels like s new car. No more shudder, or laggy shifts. Well worth the 20 minutes and $89. Did everything from the driver's side wheel well.
You just took the wheel off and the cover and pop out - pop in? That was it?
Jack it up, place a jack stand, take the wheel off, remove one clip and move the plastic shield under the front of the car. Locate the first switch, disconnect wiring, loosen switch and remove, screw in new switch and washer, clip wiring back on. Remove two 10mm bolts from plastic cover over second switch, follow same procedure as first switch. Couldn't be easier. I'll be doing it again in 50K for sure.
Did the power steering flush yesterday. Easy job took about 15 minutes. Used about 26 ounces of Honda PS fluid. New fluid is clear the old stuff was dark brown. Now I've changed all the fluids except the brakes.
Got my ATF filter and associated parts this weekend also so that will be the next task I tackle.
