Got them color-matched!!

Got my car fixed from getting hit and while it was in the shop i decided i wanted to do something with the headlights. I went and bought black paint to black them out but then got to thinking and decided i wanted them color matched. So I baked them, took them apart, and took the neccessary pieces back to him. Had them done the next day, so i put them back together and put them in the car.

I havent seen these on an AM yet, but im sure its been done...

Sorry for the 2 MP cell phone pics, i gotta work with what i got.

P.S.- I know i need a drop so please dont tell me i need one because it just makes me want one even more! lol ENJOY!!

^ lol oops. Ive done this a couple times to previous cars, but its still nerve-racking putting a couple hundred bucks in the oven and hoping nothing happens.

Honestly i think i prefer the black too, but im planning on getting the type s tails and sidemarkers soon, and i figured it would look better with both the front lights and the rear lights being similar, plus its a little different than most the other modded headlights ive seen.

u guys amaze me with this oven baking and crossing fingers...invest in a heat gun,it can debadge your car,heat your headlights,help u form rockblocker/3m clear bra... tsk tsk...
even if u buy a cheap ass one from harbor freight..
