It might be an airbag sensor.

Stuff like that has happened to me before. I would only worry if it comes back on for a prolonged period of time.

I had a similiar issue, light would stay off while my seatbelt was off, as soon as I put my belt on.. the light would come on, I think it was one of the sensors in the seatbelt..... luckily when I wrecked my car my belt wasnt on so my airbags deployed.

Someone even posted that seatbelts are covered for life, maybe you'll get lucky and the dealer will replace it for free.... good luck

The seatbelts are covered under a lifetime warranty IIRC. Some dealers may say they wont replace the buckle while others will.

Dan...when it comes on next time, take off your seatbelt and see if the seatbelt warning light comes on. If not, it's the sensor in the buckle. Hold down the red release button and pop the buckle in and out a bunch of times till it shows back up. I ended up spraying compressed air into the buckle...some have said to do WD40 in there.

Mine has been off for 2 years now...

In comparison to your photo of underneath the car this looks like my mufflers do hang lower?

Or am I mistaken?

I think you're misunderstanding.

NOT the airbag light...pay attention to the "NO SEATBELT" light...they are both wired to the seatbelt buckle. So when you unbuckle the seatbelt, if the NO SEATBELT light doesn't come on...then it's the sensor.

I thought so... I don't know why tho.

Anyone else know if the 07-08 are different than the 04-06 when it comes to the exhaust?

Well Steven it went down like this

Tyler told me a while ago to get the front and rear spacers at the same time. I didn't listen and got just the rear. The ichiba were the first ones I ran across so I got them. Now recently when the sunk in front wheels looked god awful I saw the reviews for the akatas and for less money it was a no brainer.
