Done by yours truly Although it was my second set, so I had had a little practice.

The clear diffusers came in the headlight when I bought them.

Nice job on the headlights (the baking part looks familiar!)

condensation can drive you I did 2 months of trying to figure out where the leak was coming from only to give up and buy a used headlight and doing it all over again. So far i have been 3 weeks condensation free, i hope this i never have to go through this again

haha I feel ya man, I followed Jeremy's thread about condensation and you started chiming in and were having a hell of a time with it. Glad you got it figured out, even though you had to buy a new headlight.

IMHO, the 2 BEST things you can do to eliminate/minimize condensation are:

1.) Use the Nissan Butyl Rubber Sealant to reseal the lights. Part# B655389915 at the Nissan parts desk;

2.) Use dessicant packs. Your headlights come with them for a reason. Get new ones if you can.

I used the black RTV silicone. It worked on my first set so I figured I'd use it on the second And I don't think I ever even saw the dessicant packs These headlights were only 3 months old so if they had them, oh well

usually some misting up is alright, means basically the humid air inside cant escape the headlight quick enough. the silica packs usually do the trick there. but your case was obviously a bit more advanced

ive never used the nissan stuff before, would it be applied where the glue actually is when we open the headlights? or do we apply it to the outside area where the lens and housing meet?

Did you get the headlights used or brand new, like the ones sold on ebay?

If they were new from ebay and they fogged up.... that's some bad quality.
