first post! my npb

hey wassup everybody, been a reader on acurazine for a good min, just decided to finally post something lol. well here it is:

sorry bad pics dirty car atm =p

06 AT with navi
only mods so far ive done is painting the grille black and just added the accord fogs on this weekend, didnt wire it up yet cause it was way to hot this weekend going to get to it sometime this week. waiting for my hids to come in then im clearing the headlights after that.

just got a house so financially very broke haha so doing all the easy and cheaps mods first, going to save up for suspension and wheels, so time to save up a life time for them but im in no hurry since im in love with this car and dont plan on giving it up^^

Good Job...looks great. What did you use to paint the grill? I just painted the middle straight part, but it was a mission getting it to look even. Probably shouldn't have wetsanded it after it initially was perfect! lol

i had some trim paint from when i had my integra so i decided to give it a shot, i belived i bought it from advanced auto. it came out pretty good except i dont think i sand it down enough cause it was raining real hard one night on the highway and paint was coming off lol but im going back and spend more time on it next time i take my bumper off again and do it right im a newb at all this but im learning lol

Thanks man...yeah, I just did the small center line that the emblem sits on because I changed up the color of my emblems and it didn't look right on silver. I ended up using some adhesion promoter from duplicolor and "brilliant black" from their import line of touch up paint. I don't think they make nighthawk black pearl, or I didn't find it. Looks good overall though, I'll have to take some pics.

Again, great job...your direction for the car is awesome.

Welcome!

House >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Car

You made the right choice.

TL is a great looking car once you do some mods, and it is pretty fun to drive as well.

Good luck.
