^My local Firestone aligns my car in about 30-45 minutes. There are a few assholes who work there but overall I like them. Plus they don't say shit about me getting an alignment every month.

Dame that sucks, i heard nothing but good things about the Firestones in my area. I aslo hear that they opened a new location in Rosedale that has a new alignment machine which sits flush on the floor then raises up to accomodate lowered vehicles.

Well technically i have 2 CL's, but yeah only one of them is a Type-S.
The Type-S is taffeta white, i bought it last frebruary with 165k got the tranny replaced, and now it has 186k. That little car has been everywhere including North Caroline 3 times, several other states too. It's the Highway cruiser.
I have a few things i need to install to it. I was able to find a 2g TL ATLP exhaust that will be going on hopefully soon

The other CL is NGP with 170k not much to say about it. It has the 03 conversion going on, that's pretty much it. I might throw my stock TL tims on there and call it a day.

On another note, i will be replacing my rear rotors and pads hopefully this weekend. I've been hearing a grinding type noise coming from the rear rotors, any idea if i would need to replace the calipers too? I think they might be seized up thus the grinding noice occurs but i could be wrong. Anyone got some advice?

When you come to a stop, do you smell something like burning rubber? When my rear calipers were seized it was a REALLY strong smell that all of the cars around me could smell as well.

Also, to test out that theory, start driving down a steep hill and just coast down. If your car seems a bit sluggish to speed up or even slows down while going down the hill, your calipers are seized.

the firestone i go to (in towson on york rd 21093) is great. i get the same tech to align mine everytime and adjust the ingalls if need be.

i'd recc that location for sure. techs name is jake, manager is rich...good guys.

No, i dont smell anything, it just sounds like something is scraping and it gets louder when i brake. My guess is that i just need to replace the rotors and pads, they have never been replaced since i got the car in 08. I also think the owner before me didn't change them either.

Nope, i didn't see any condensation in it. The mirrors are alot wider and when i was coming out of my garage the passenger side bent the wrong way.

Yea those screw are for when he puts on a 60 inch CF GT Wing. But he only uses it in the summer.

Ouch that's gotta suck. I think the mirrors usually give a little when bent the in the opposite direction, you should be ok though.

Dame Slim, i guess you missed the whole first page. Yeah, i had the OEM wing spoiler at one time, Im planning on getting those holes closed up soon and adding a Type-S Lip spoiler.

You can use 05-07. I think there's a slight difference in the 08 models, not sure though.

Yeah, I finally bit the bullet and got myself a Nikon D90. Im still learning the settings, I should of payed more attention in the photography class that i took in college. It was hard to do since there were so many in that class. :boobies:

Here are the specs of the wheels Front: 19x9+34 R disk Rear: 19x10+23 O disk. Im also running 10 mm spacers in the front. Again i will do a proper shoot with in the next few days.

Small update before i get decent shots of the wheels. I was able to get my hands on a 07-08 Type-S trunk spoiler, unfortunately is was ASM so i took it to my boy's shop for paint and picked it up last night. Hopefully i can install it later today.

More info on that Type-S trunk lip. I'm still looking for one to replace my wing, but the lowest I've seen is $475...and that doesn't include shipping. ugh!!
