did a lot of mods this weekend for my car and my friend's civic si. let me know what you guys think.

for my headlights I wrapped my amber reflector in 3m di-noc carbon fiber and spray painted the chrome strip to gloss black.
for the civic, I installed morimoto h1 retros, painted reflector bucket red and painted the shrouds black, also painted the cutoff shield red so it looks like red eyes from certain angles.

 

The carbon fiber in your headlights look awesome. The red in your buddy's civic, not so much. It just looks odd to me.

maybe its the pics...it looks pretty good in person and definitely unique.

 

I was hoping you were putting the Mini H1's in your DRL!! On the civic, I would've swapped the colors, black reflectors and red shrouds. All the red looks a little overpowering

The Civic lights are unique but I'm not a huge fan. Red, black, and amber in a small space don't work well together.

I really like what you did with the headlights. I was planning on wrapping the same portion with CF. Did you wrap the front and back of the amber or just the front?
