Dare to be different - Base A-Spec w/Quad Tips
I had to do it. I've always wanted quad exhaust on this car, and up until recently, I didn't think it could be done with decent results without spending more money than my pocketbook could provide. Influenced by the small group of folks here that have already done the same, I determined it was time for me to join them. I really liked the way it turned out, considering the limited space one has to work with when dealing with a 6 inch cutout. It's not ATLP or Magnaflow. It's the stock muffler with a bit of pizzazz. Did I spell that right? Anyways, add your if you want...
P.S. - I know the car needs a wash, and my garage is a mess. Let's not rub it in, shall we?

I suggest ordering them from their e-Bay store. There is a $20 difference between the two.

Looking good man! WDP FTW! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the quad tips, but I really like them.
If you ever decide to get rid of your A-Spec kit for some reason, I'll take it
And I know you said not to rub it in, but WASH THAT BITCH

Sounds like a positive response from the community. To be honest, I was not the first member to apply these specific tips to their TL. Etohprn247 was kind enough to send me snapshots of his own applied on his NBP.
I just wanted to highlight an option for owners that were looking to keep their stock exhaust but wanted to stand out a bit. Is it a perfect fit? No, but it's close enough to look like it almost belongs. And it's rather inexpensive. I was able to obtain the sound and look of my exhaust for under $350.

Thanks brah! The way I look at it, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Nothin' to hide here. No matter how many people follow in my footsteps, it's still going to be an unique mod, considering AZ only represents a small fraction of all North American Acura owners.

I know what you mean. I've been looking for a way to put quads on my rear for a few months now. I looked at several applications, many of which didn't do much for me. I ran across these just recently and made it my "Plan B" ("Plan A" was to swap out the bumper and trim and design a custom exhaust to my liking). Finally, after careful consideration, the option of the replacement of body pieces to meet my goal was thrown out the window and I decided on these. They turned out to be almost exactly what I was looking for, and I was able to keep my stock exhaust to boot.
I'm excited on how the mod changes the demeanor of the car aesthetically. For me, it finishes things off just the way I thought it would.

It's gonna be a few days. They are predicting snow tomorrow (!?!) and rain for the remainder of the week. If I had bet on snow a couple months ago when I bought my General Acclaim UHP's, I would have lost my shirt. I mean, the last frickin' time we had 2-3" of snow was 35 years ago, and then 80 years before that. What are the chances? Anyways, whole different topic. I might end up with a "snow day" tomorrow from work.
Hopefully it will clear up enough here in the next few days so I can snap a few more shots in natural light. Keep your eyes peeled.

Hey mang it looks gwood, told ya so glad you like it!
Your one of only three I've known that have these exact tips on stock mufflers. I painted the muffler black and it looks even better. So try it, make sure to cover the tips though. GL and happy holidays.

I have a couple more pics in my album in my Garage. If you are looking for a more specific angel, I can try to get that for you for reference.

I appreciate the inspiration.
I was able to snap a couple more photos this morning with my mobile phone. Image quality isn't the best, but it's to showcase the tips in natural light, as requested by a couple readers. Includes a side angle shot.
