Comptech2367 Mini Shoot

My girlfriends brother got a new camera so we went out messing around... Let me know what you think!
In some of the pictures the rear wheel gap looks big... which is most likely how the car was sitting because i cant drop it anymore with scraping on every bump! (And yes the quarters are rolled).
ENJOY!

Great pictures! What kind of camera was your girlfriend's brother using?

Your car looks great. I'm not a huge fan of the wing spoiler but your car pulls it off nicely. SC ftmfw

Your TL is very nice. The car is a sleeper with the Super Charger and tasteful Mods.

Thanks for the comments:
- I would love to go lower but the back wheels hit already with people in the back seat and i hate the cambered in look i would have to use to pull it off so i am fine with it... for now.
- I like the rear wing and i just put the roof spoiler on that day so i am up in the air about it. if i could change it i would have put the type s rear spoiler on but i bought the wing before i really started to do anything.
- The camera is a Cannon EOS T2i, its bad ass and now i am really thinking about buying one!
- Lastly the S/C is fun as hell! I would really love this car if it was RWD or AWD as all it likes to do is wheel spin through 1st but oh well, ill just have to get a better set of front tires. HBP, Meth Kit, and AEM F/I C are all coming in a month or so. Still had no problems killing a WRX that would not leave me alone last night. Haha

Thanks a lot man! I bought the S/C from a guy on here for 3400.00 and then installed it myself. It was super easy, it took like an hour and a half max!

Yeah the torque steer is going to kill be some day but its still fun!

Its not that flat, i guess i didnt notice that where we took all the pics were around fields (a lot of farms) so i can see why you would think that!

Thanks for the comments!

I would really think about the HBP man..

If I had SC that would be one of the last things I'd get after the injectors, AEM F/I C, and the meth kit. I read alot of the guys that had issues with the SC was cuz of the HBP

Really? What issues were they having? I have read a bit about it and it seems that alot of people dont do it right, they just throw it on without any supporting mods. Nate at CTE even told me that if you do it you need the F/IC at least with a meth kit.
I have been up in the air about it but for some reason the stock pulley in my car is reading 1-3 PSI mix at WOT. (On an AEM True Boost Gauge). I thought someone on here said it was normal with a full exhaust and cat deletes.

Yeah it was very easy to install, i think people are just more scared then anything to install it themselves. The directions you can print off from Comptech were awesome and even list what bolts (thread pitch and length) go where.

I have a G-Meter and with my 19's and the crap generic front tires, also adding in the wheel spin through first gear, it ran 5.3 second 0-60. I know it can do better then that but not with these crap tires i have!

Nice to see you are enjoying the SC. I never ran any gauges with it but have heard 3 Psi is about right for a car running full unrestricted exhaust. I would look into the ultimate cooling mod and TB coolant delete if the weather isn't too bad out there. Looks good. I miss the whine.

Hi Seed: Thank you for the S/C haha, i am glad I never sold it before i installed it, i LOVE seeing the looks on peoples face when they try to start crap and all they hear is the crazy loud wine! The car is slightly a sleeper for that reason, quiet exhaust makes it just look like its all show. I have the TB cooling mod done already because i store the car in the winter and i dont want to do the ultimate cooling mod just because the car looks so much for stripped down and frankly ugly when you pop the hood. But i am considering other ways to cool it down under there!

Thanks Steven means alot coming from a Mod.

And hell yeah! WI has to step up every once in a while!

Here is a little update:
I got some 350z Anniversary Edition wheels for cheap from a friend. I know there was someone else on here that put these on a SSM TL but I thought I would try them and i like them alot! The main reason is they are half the weight of my 19's so the cars feels A LOT better! It now does rolling burnouts at WOT in first and second gear! I am thinking i will keep these on and just switch to my 19's every once in a while... or paint these gunmetal and sell the 19's.
Offset is perfect and nearly flush in the front and rear. Tires are 225/25/18 and 245/45/18. Only thing i hate is knowing that i have a thinner then stock front tire now! I will most like upgrade to a 235 if i keep them and get the Nitto NTO1's. Any Thoughts?

Nicely done sir! I'm not a huge fan of the look but I'm sure you're loving the performance increase.

If you really want to keep them, swap out the Nissan centercaps and you'll be golden

Hahaha, what are you not a fan of the Nissan TL?
If i keep them ill get the plane ones on ebay but they are 20.00 each! That seems like a lot for center caps!

Also if i keep them ill most likely get some coilovers and drop it another half inch.

Thanks man, I might be putting back to all stock and selling it, or selling it the way it sits. Craigslist really kills the resale of cars these days! There are some JUNK TL's around here selling for cheap so it will make mine just look that much more expensive!

Personally, I would skip such a high performance competition tire if you're going to have a staggered setup. Having wider rears on a FWD car is counterproductive anyway. Just my .

I think the trunk and roof spoiler looks good together. Maybe it would look better with the type s trunk deck though, either way, I like it.
