Wheels for one, the fact that it's a Charger and it's on the ground. The only thing I like is the paint.

And the paint on that BMW is sic, I like that red a lot, looks really good in the shadows.

I like 5 spokes but I hate the huge dish on them, any dish wheels, I'm one of the few. I also hate concave wheels

Chargers don't belong on the ground.

Got it. Boring. The same. I don't think any car ever was meant to be on the ground, but it makes the car look amazing. Most cars that are as low as that Charger are most likely on air, because most people aren't crazy enough to be static low like that, especially not with power.

Can't compare the mods, some look good on some cars, some doesn't, no comment on that
but I personally wouldn't waste money on a car that is rental at Hertz or any other rental companies..

I don't like how they made an originally two door car a four door. The LED tail light strip is sick though. The State Patrol in MO has them now, makes it easy to ID them at night!

My fav old muscle is Charger, and don't like the Challenger.

But new models now? I don't like the Charger, I like the Challenger.

I wished Charger kept it's DNA the same at least.

So what is "over the top?" 1500hp? Static slammed? Over the top usually means standing out and being an individual. You don't see cars in magazines, blog features, etc etc that are basic, simple, and boring. You see things like an RB26 swapped FD RX7(Super Street), a 1000hp Evo with custom polished everything(Dsport), or Jake Looney's slammed/cambered Civic hatch (Rival House). Over the top/outrageous is much, much more interesting than basic wheels, a little low, and a built motor.
